This launch site is located north of Rockport on Copano Bay. There is a dirt parking lot several 100 feet north of the pier.

The pier is what remains of the old bridge. It was originally a drawbridge, which is why there is a gap in the middle.

This site provides access to the nearby popular fishing spots of Pier Reef, Towers Reef, No Name Reef and Newcomb Bend.
