This launch site is located in the Aransas National Wildlife Refuge on San Antonio Bay.

It is a long walk out the boardwalk to the launch site.

It provides access to the nearby popular fishing spot of Mustang Lake.

Use caution, alligators are common in this area.

Fishing is only permitted in the Wildlife Refuge from April 15th to October 15th.
