This launch site is located in Matagorda County on East Matagorda Bay.
This site provides access to Lake Austin. It also provides access to the nearby popular fishing spots of Bird Island Reef, Dressing Point, Bird Island, Plunks Point, Chinquapin Reef and Live Oak Bay Cut.
