At the geographic center of the Rio Grande Valley, this 176-acre refuge in Weslaco attracts a spectacular array of South Texas wildlife with its varied landscape of shallow lakes, woodlands and thorn forest. Explore the park's many trails, boardwalks, pavilions and observation decks.
