The Texas State Marine Education Center is located on 27 acres of pristine shoreline west of the Port of Palacios.
The Center's wetlands include a salt-water marsh, 1 1/4 mile nature trail with a elevated platform, 700' x 20' pier, and 2,400 linear feet of beach front.
