Baked Fillets Mexicali


A spicy flair to broiled fillets. Serve with your favorite Mexican side dish.


Cut fillets Into serving-size portions and place in a single layer in a well-greased baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour sauce over fillets. Broil approximately 4 inches from source of heat for 5 minutes or until fish is opaque. Baste once with natural juices during broiling. Makes 6 servings.

2 pounds skinless fish fillets
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
teaspoon chili powder
teaspoon garlic powder
Dash Tabasco
