Description: The head is broad and depressed. The first dorsal fin has short but strong isolated spines and are not connected by a membrane. The caudal fin is lunate in adults, the upper lobe is longer than the lower. The back and sides are dark brown with 2 sharply defined narrow silvery bands. Take limits: 2 fish 37 inches and above
