Scientific Name: Scomberomorous cavalla
Common Name: Kingfish
 
Description: The back is iridescent bluish green with silver sides. The body is streamlined with a tapered head, no black pigment on front of the dorsal fin, the lateral line starts high and drops sharply below the second dorsal fin, young fish often have yellow spots like those of the Spanish Mackerel. Take limits: 2 fish minium 27 inches
