| Description: The tail is lunate with similarly sized lobes and a lateral keel at the base of the tail. Color is deep blue back and a white underside. The origin of the first dorsal is entirely behind the base of the pectoral fins. The second dorsal fin is slightly in front of the anal fin. It has slender, recurved teeth with smooth edges. Sometimes found near shore but generally a more open water fish. Spectacular aerialist when hooked. |
